1. When did Vintage Sister open?
We opened our website on November 26th, 2003

2. What is the difference between Lip Lickers and Lip Indulgence?
The ingredients of the of the balms in the two brands are the same but just have different flavors. When we first started the company we wanted to make two separate lip balm lines. One, Lip Lickers, geared towards children and more classic flavors and the other, Lip Indulgence, geared more towards adults and unique flavors. In the beginning we also focused more on the girls from the Lip Lickers line. Which included a mini book that told a short story about each Lip Lickers girl.

3. What are the ingredients in the lip balms?
Ingredients are: Glycine Soja Oil (soybean oil), Cera Alba (Beeswax), Helianthus Annus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) Fruit, Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E), Natural Additive (as sweetener), Color, and Flavor.

4. Are your lip balms made in the United States?
Yes, all of our lip balms are made by us in the United States.

5. Do you test on animals?
No, we never test our products on animals.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We have also added a distributor for Germany and Europe. Orders can be placed at www.cambree.de.

7. Do you ever take requests for flavors?
We always listen to our customers when it comes to developing new flavors. If we get enough requests for certain flavors we will give them a try in our ‘lab’. If we like them, then we will offer them to our customers.

8. Do you ever give away samples?
Most of the time, we do not give out samples. We have a limited amount of balms in our inventory because we prefer to make everything fresh each week. Sometimes if we have extra balms from a seasonal run, we will include them in orders.

9. How long will it take to process and ship my order?
If we are running with full inventory and a slow period, we can get the orders out fairly quickly (1-3 days). Other times, as in when we release a new set of seasonal balms, it takes a little longer (4-7 days) to turn the orders out. As we stated before, we like to make our balms fresh and don’t want to sacrifice quality by having large inventories sitting on our shelves.

10. Do you create balms for special events?
Yes, typically we will be contacted about an event and we will work with the people involved to develop a unique item for their special occasion.
